Our High Performance CNC Turning capabilities go up to 18" Swing x 23" Centers work envelopes with 4 Axis machining.

With our bar capacities up to 3" diameters, we are able to offer production type runs if needed. Our highly dedicated machinists are experienced with machining the following materials:

Aluminum
Alloy Steels
Non Alloy Steels
Stainless Steels
Brass/Bronze
Cast/Ductile Irons
Tool Steels
Hardened Tool Steels

We now offer Hard Turning as well. We currently Hard Turn Hardened Tool Steels hardened to 50-62 HRC. When doing this we are able hold tolerances within tenths and with grind finishes.
